Joan Friedman
M.eD, LPC
I'm a therapist who believes in connection, partnership, and putting in the work for real change.
I approach therapy from an action-oriented, person-centered philosophy, which means that my focus is equipping you with the skills you need to be successful. Together, we'll formulate realistic goals that will lead to tangible change in your life – then we'll work to make them happen. Throughout our work together, I'll act as a coach, professional mentor, and empathic listener in order to provide you with holistic and effective mental health care.
I'm always happy to answer questions about my qualifications and services. You can contact me via phone or email.
