Getting started with a new therapist is a big decision. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions. Still curious about something? Please don't hesitate to reach out.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not currently accept any insurances within my practice. However, I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit for insurance reimbursement.
What do you charge per session?
I charge $175 per 60-minute session. However, I have some limited sliding scale spaces available for potential clients who cannot afford my full fee.
How long is a session?
My typical sessions are 60 miniutes long. However, I am open to extended sessions depending on client need. Changing session time and scheduling is something we can discuss in our initial intake appointment.
What is your therapeutic approach?
I use a variety of approaches depending on the individual needs of my clients. My main priority is getting my client's goals met in a way that feels productive and authentic to them. I have extensive training in SFBT (Solution Focused Brief Therapy), CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and person-centered therapy, and use these as my cornerstone modalities.
